Minister of Cooperative Governance, Des van Rooyen is in the Nelson Mandela Municipality in Port Elizabeth, to see progress being made by the municipality in implementing the back to basics policy.
It's his first visit to the Metro and he's scheduled to spend the day visiting selected service delivery sites.
