Port Elizabeth Flying Squad and K9 Unit arrested suspect for housebreaking and recovered stolen copper wire in ACSA building at Port Elizabeth Airport.
A Port Elizabeth man is expected to appear in court on Friday facing a charge of theft following an incident at the Port Elizabeth International Airport.
According to Port Elizabeth police, the man was arrested after the PE Flying Squad and the PE K9 Unit received a complaint of housebreaking at the Airports Company of South Africa Limited (ACSA) building at the PE Airport.
"The members searched the premises and arrested one suspect with stolen property hiding in the roof.
"Stolen copper wire was recovered. The suspect will appear in court today," police said.
