It is alleged that on Monday, 27 November 2017 at about 01:05 an accident occurred on old Cape Road across from Algoa Steel. A coloured male was hit by an unknown vehicle and the driver failed to stop after the accident.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have information about the accident or may know the driver of the vehicle to contact the Kabega police. A case of culpable homicide is under investigation.
