Opposition parties have once again walked out of a Nelson Mandela Bay Council meeting in Port Elizabeth.
The meeting was to appoint a Chief Financial Officer and other executive directors amongst other items.
Voting continued after the walkout but legal advice is being sought on whether the items voted on are valid.
