EASTERN CAPE - WOMAN FINDS SISTER BLUDGEONED TO DEATH IN A POOL OF BLOOD

Centane Police are investigating murder of a 30-year-old woman. It is alleged that the victim was left alone at her home by her sister on Saturday, 28 September 2019 at Ngqokweni Locality, Holela Village, Centane.

When the sister came back at about 21h00 on Saturday, 28 September 2019, she found the sister in a pool blood with multiple stab wounds on her upper body.  The motive behind the murder is not known. Centane Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them at 047 498 1096 or 073 288 0340. The information will be treated confidentially.  The identity of the deceased is still being withheld until all her relatives are officially informed of her murder.

Acting Eastern Cape Police Provincial Commissioner, Major General Andries Swart condemned the murder of the young defenceless woman. He vowed that Centane Police detectives will work around the clock to trace and arrest the suspect/s.
