PORT ELIZABETH - MAN STUMBLES INTO BOOYSENS PARK HOUSE WITH GUNSHOT TO THE CHEST AND DIES


Port Elizabeth police are investigating a case of murder after a 22-year-old man was shot and killed in the city's northern areas.

Police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu, says Isaac Stuurman was standing in the yard of a house in October Street in Booysens Park when he was shot just before 6 am on Wednesday.

She says Isaacs was looking over the wall into Prince Street when the occupants of the house heard one gunshot.

Naidu says he stumbled into the house with a gunshot wound to the chest and was rushed to hospital but died on arrival.

She says the motive for the shooting is unknown at this point and the suspects are unknown.
