Port Elizabeth police are looking for at least two suspects - one sporting Rasta dreadlocks - who shot and killed a 30 year old man in Parliament street, Central at around 5 o'clock on Sunday morning.
Warrant Officer Alwin Labans says the deceased was driving in his car when he became involved in an arguement with the driver of a black Nissan Tiida.
The occupants of the Tiida then used pepper spray on the man and drove off.
Labans says a short while later, the two parties encountered each other again and the arguement continued. He says it was then that a man pulled out a firearm - walked up to the 30 year-old and shot him once in the head. He died at the scene.
