Eastern Cape police are investigating a case of culpable homicide after six people were killed in a road crash.
The crash occurred yesterday on the near Thornhill.
It's believed the driver of the bakkie lost control of the vehicle before it veered off the road and crashed.
The police's Gerda Swart said, “Six passengers died on the scene and two of them were taken to hospital in the vicinity. The victims were between the ages of 14 and 18.”
