Commuting will become a little easier for Port Elizabeth residents, as the long-awaited Integrated Public Transport System is finally due to get off the ground.
The project was given a major boost during Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan's budget earlier this week, Gordhan allocated R273-million for the 2017/18 financial year.
