Mount Road Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual offence unit is seeking the community’s assistance in tracing a 13-year-old girl who went missing on Tuesday, 12 March 2019.According to police information, Elle Elzay Samuels of Shaurderville, Port Elizabeth left her house wearing brown chino pants with a black and white top and flip flops. On Thursday, 14 March 2019, her family reported her as missing at Gelvandale police station.
According to information she was seen in the Central vicinity. FCS members visited the area and circulate her photo to the community, but she could not be traced yet.
Police is appealing to anyone who can assist in tracing Elle Elzay Samuels to urgently contact D/Sgt Nomfundiso Vazi on 071 475 1724 or Crime Stop 08600 10111 or their nearest police station.
